About Us
The Redneck Horseshoe League was envisioned by our former president Kenny Morgan as a way a small group of friends and family could get together and have some fun in these busy times. We have grown each and every year and made many new friends along the way.
We meet in March to set a schedule of tournaments, one each month from April until September.the tournaments are held at members residences each month, after the regular games in september we then play for the championship.trophy's are awarded based on results.
Rules / Bylaws
-15 point game
-must win by 2 points
-no skunk
-ringers 3 points
-leaners 2 points
-closest to the pole 1 point
-distance of the poles 40 feet men/30 feet women
-pits must have a min. of 2 bags of sand each
-there will be double elimination
-teams are to show up at the april event, extras will be paired accordingly
-no walk ons
Bylaws
The host teammates of the tornament are required to supply entr'ee and grill, the rest of the members are required to bring side dishes and a beverage that they wish to consume. ( please remeber this is a family event and lets keep it that way.)
* No Dues 2010 Season, Hosting Teammates are to split entree cost and help with tournament operation. All members are to bring Sidedishes as done in the past..
Each Month this is a Family Event we need everyone's help to keep it that way!
